I've got a big problem with Comodo Internet Security CIS. I'm stuck with a rest file named Cmdagent and it's in my registry. The file is blocking my Recycle Bin and parts of my computer, for example to install a new firewall or antivirus solution in a normal way. Windows can't find or delete this file and no other program too. I'm now using Bitdefender 2016 but the problems remain the same. It can't detect, remove or delete this file from Comodo. And there is a way to even re-install Comodo because the program says I must delete the older version , but I can't, it isn't on my computer. Can't install or delete this file. I had contact with Comodo Geek but with no result. They told me I could get a solution, but if I got a solution from them for the price of 199 dollars. Incredible! They block my computer and I have to pay for a solution. Does anyone have a solution for me? I'm using Windows 7 64 bit .

Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.
Alternatively, use the Unlocker application and force remove that file.
The COMODO Internet Security antivirus automatically checks for updates by default. You can set the updates parameters in Advanced Tasks > Advanced Settings > Updates. If you want to check by yourself the latest updates available, you need to go at Tasks > General Tasks and click Update. The application will check for updates from Comodo Servers. If the antivirus will find any updates available, it will download and install them after your permission.
